Our Duty to You
The duties of Notary Public officials are to ensure that the signer has proper identification to verify the signer's identity. In part, we must also verify that the signer is signing from their own free will and understand what they are signing. Verifying identity and notarizing helps prevent fraud. Notaries are appointed by the state governor of Florida. From all the various documents that need to be notarized, there are some places unable to help with certain documents. You won't have to worry with us. We are certified to help with every notarization!
